Denise Lynn Fisher, 58 years old of Lebanon, IN, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 in St Vincent Hospice.

She was born August 10, 1953 in Huntington, IN, daughter of Robert McClure and Frances Wilkins Coates.

She worked in the registration department of Witham Hospital until retiring due to her health.

Surviving are her husband, John T Fisher of Lebanon, IN, mother, Frances Coates of Bumpus Mills, TN, daughter, April (Kurt) Gott of Jamestown, IN, son, John Fisher Jr of Lebanon, IN, brothers, Daniel McClure, TN, Jeff McClure, TN, Bruce Lemond, VA, and Diven McClure, FL, sister, Sherri Lemond, TN, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Robert McClure and brother, Martin McClure.

A private service will be held on a later date at Old Union Cemetery.
